Here are the essential strategies and insights you will learn on this powerful interview to help your business properly restructure its debts to save your business!

• What is debt restructuring? How is it different from debt settlement?
• When should you negotiate on your own?
• In your guide, “How To Pay Business Debts You Can’t Afford”, you mention 8% as the dividing line for negotiating on your own. What does that mean?

• Which creditors should be restructured and which ones SHOULD NOT?
• What’s the formula for determining an affordable monthly budget?
• How should a small business structure a repayment plan with vendors and creditors?
• When a business owner goes to Google looking for help with debt, there are a ton of different solutions out there – debt consolidation, credit counseling, debt restructuring, debt settlement, debt management, debt counseling.. Where do you begin? How do you make sense of it all?
• How has the economy affected your negotiations with creditors?
• What advice would you give a small business owner trying to make it right now?
• A lot of business owners are trying to negotiate their debts on their own. What are the biggest mistakes they tend to make?
• Why are so many small businesses falling through the cracks and not getting the money they need to survive?

I’ve seen made by hopeful, yet sadly uninformed individuals over the years.

Here are a few more secrets to give you the ability to avoid common mistakes. When it comes to developing business credit you need every secret you can get.

Avoid Costly Mistakes when Developing Business Credit!

What are some of the other mistakes business owners make if they were going to do it themselves,
in regards to a business license, phone number, and some of those things that they don’t know about?

If you’re not listed in 411, then that business number is unverifiable. A lot of people we deal
with say they don’t have to be listed in 411. They don’t need that. If you’re not listed in 411.

Is your address on your business license is different than the address with the Secretary of
State, if your officers don’t match what they call the company representative and ask them who those officers are.

Sometimes if you don’t have a website, they’ll note that.

Business ownership, if they have more than one answer to a question come from either businesses,
a licensing department, state, company representative, or public information, a negative comment will be
put on that credit file.

There’s a number of things that people can do before they go to Dun and Bradstreet, to make sure that they’re in corporate compliance and a number of things that they can do not properly that will get a negative comment put on that file.

D & B Secret!

Even if You Have Been in Business for Six Years Your Company May Have NO Profile with D & B!
They’ve paid all their bills on time. They still may not have any type of business credit file developed.

The main reason is that they have vendors that do NOT report their good payment activity to D & B. Most business owners think since they pay their bills on time that is enough and vendors report.

That is NOT what happens.

Think about it. All the vendors that own you money do you take the time, labor and effort to report to D & B? Probably not!

Now that you know more secrets, take the next step to see if you business will qualify for business credit (cash and vendor credit) and call Fast Business Credit at 1-888-313-6333 and together we can tailor-fit the perfect solutions for your situation.

Winning Questions to Ask Your Banker!

About two years ago, I worked with a national bank to break down their lending process for start-up business owners. As you know, banks do not educate you on how they lend money.

The process would be that you would receive an application and it goes to underwriting. That is where the criteria are held mostly in secret. You may hear about general criteria to apply for a business credit card, business line of credit or a business loan, but you will not receive the exact formula!

Here is a list of the key questions to ask your banker when you apply for a business credit card in the name of your new LLC or corporation:

1. What is the lowest my credit score have to be to get approved for the highest credit card limit?

2. When you pull my credit score which personal credit bureau do you pull my score from? It is Experian®, Equifax or Transunion®? (keep in mind it may be different if you were applying for a business line of credit or a loan).

3. What does my personal revolving debt ratios have to be at to qualify for a business credit card?

4. What are your current derogatories that would cause me to get automatically rejected by your bank? In other words, a bank will reject you for a bankruptcy, foreclosure, excessive late payments and large revolving debt settled in the past.

You will receive resistance when you ask these questions because the bankers are not used to working with an educated small business owners. Be persistent and ask them to check with their underwriter and get back to you!

Now, you will be in a better position to find out if you have a shot at receiving financing help from the bank!

The Golden Credit Card Strategy! Are You Only Able to Pay the Minimum Balance? If so, You Must Read This! What you must do is to take and put that 5% to 20% or put a very small stipend on that credit card, $100, $200, make the minimum payment each month, whatever it might be, $20 a month, plus $1 more. $1 more than the minimum payment will have more capacity to drive up the credit score when making payments on time, in a given window of time!!

The reason that you pay $1 more than what the minimum payment is, is because the minimum payment is reported to the credit bureaus. And when you pay $1 more, it shows that you’re paying more.

Now, if I paid $10 more, does that mean it’s 10 times better? No, it isn’t. That’s the irony. And the goal is if we’re trying to drive up credit score and we’re not actually using the credit cards – remember, the credit cards need to be active – does that mean I need to use them every month? No, it doesn’t. It means you simply make a payment each month.

Making a payment each month is activity. And if paying $1 more than the minimum payment, shows greatest capacity to drive up credit score over that period of time.

When the credit card is paid down to nearly nothing through that strategy, get yourself another tank of gas, come back home, pull it back out of your wallet, put it in your file cabinet or your safe, and start the silly game all over again.
